SPEDSM-75168	Disability Information on Eligibility Determination forms	The Eligibility Determination forms have been updated to display the specific disability (Primary, Secondary, etc.) for which the student is eligible in both View and Print modes. Previously, the disability appeared only in Edit mode.
SPEDSM-72185	DLM - Essential Elements curriculum for ELA and Math	Added the DLM - Essential Elements curriculum for ELA and Math to the NMMODEL.
SPEDSM-72769	ESY/Assessments section of the Preschool/Elementary IEP	Updated the Assessment options on the ESY/Assessments section of the Preschool/Elementary IEP. Added the following assessments: Avant STAMP New Mexico Assessment of Science Readiness (NM-ASR) Spanish Reading Standards Based Assessment (SBA)
SPEDSM-82888	ESY/Assessments section of the Secondary IEP	Updated the Assessment options on the ESY/Assessments section of the Secondary IEP. Added the following assessments: Avant STAMP New Mexico Assessment of Science Readiness (NM-ASR) Spanish Reading Standards Based Assessment (SBA)
SPEDSM-78121	Initial Evaluation Completed and Initial Eligibility data flow	Fixed an issue on the Eligibility Determination documents where the data flow for the Initial Evaluation Completed and Initial Eligibility fields flowed to the profile and from the profile to the document. The Initial Evaluation Completed and Initial Eligibility dates were getting overwritten due to this issue. The information from the Eligibility Determination documents will no longer to the profile.
SPEDSM-75973	Primary Care Provider Notification on Preschool/Elementary IEP	Configured the Primary Care Provider Notification section of the Preschool/Elementary IEP for Digital Signature so that parents are able to sign the section.
SPEDSM-84098	Primary Care Provider Notification on Secondary IEP	Configured the Primary Care Provider Notification section of the Secondary IEP for Digital Signature so that parents are able to sign the section.
SPEDSM-82730	Progress Documentation, Signatures section of the IEP	Added an area for Medicaid Referring Provider Form for School-Based Services to the Progress Documentation, Signatures section of the Preschool/Elementary and Secondary IEP. This section has been set up for Digital Signature purposes, allowing the Parent/Guardian to acknowledge receipt of their Annual Notification to Parents of Medicaid Billing by providing their initials.
SPEDSM-83845	Progress Documentation/Signatures section of the IEP	Updated the wording under the Medicaid Consent area on the Progress Documentation/Signatures section of the EIEP and SIEP. The language that was previously shown was no longer relevant and required an update.
SPEDSM-78692	RapidAutomaticNaming Keyword Table	Updated the RapidAutomaticNaming Keyword Table so that the values match what the state has provided. The existing value of KTEA-3 has been updated to KTEA-3 Object Naming & Letter Naming Facility. Added the following values to the Keyword Table: WISCV WJIVOL DAS2 Other
SPEDSM-75315	SAT Follow-up Meeting Summary document	Fixed an issue on the SAT Follow-up Meeting Summary document, which now allows for the selection of multiple boxes. In the past, an error message would appear when multiple checkboxes were selected in the "Based on discussion and evaluation of actions taken previously, the recommendation is to (check all that apply)" section..
SPEDSM-76012	SettingTable Keyword Table	Updated the SettingTable keyword table to ensure that the latest special education codes are being used for state reporting purposes. Added new codes for LPPS, HB, HL, and SH to the SettingTable keyword table. The HH code was also marked No for InUse since it is no longer valid.
