SPEDSM-84402	DelayReasons Keyword Table	Made the following updates to the DelayReasons keyword table and made it admin-editable: 2 - School District missed timeline(s) marked No for InUse. 7 - The description is updated to Student Died WD. 14 - The description was updated to Withdrawal from Part C by Parent before the child’s third birthday (Indicator 12 only). 15 - The parent refused to give consent for evaluation or initial services marked No for InUse. 17 - The parent fails or refuses to produce the child for evaluation (at least three documented attempts) marked No for InUse. Added the values C30, C31, C32, C33, and C34 to the keyword table.
SPEDSM-95431	Document: Gifted Individualized Education Plan	Added the following sections to the Gifted Individualized Education Plan document as per the state mandate document: The Student Demographics section The Future Planning/Transition section The Schedule of Services The Prior Written Notice of Proposed Action The GIEP Team Participants The Consideration of Special Factors The Present Performance section The Goals and Outcomes section Retired the previous version of this document.
SPEDSM-97720	Document: Preschool/Elementary IEP	Resolved an issue where all parents appeared on the preschool/elementary IEP even though they were not selected to appear on every documentation.
SPEDSM-87063	Document: Preschool/Elementary IEP	Made the following data flow updates for the Inform Parent Date field: If the Inform Parent Date is entered on the Progress Documentation, Signatures area of the Preschool/Elementary or Secondary IEP, it will flow to the student’s profile. If N/A is selected beside Age of Majority on the Progress Documentation, Signatures section of the Secondary IEP, then the section will collapse in Edit mode. On the Special Education/Placement profile, under Special Education Exit Information, a field for Transfer of Rights will be displayed. It will display the Inform Parent Date, and data will flow from the EIEP/SIEP. This field can be edited, but data will flow when the EIEP or SIEP is finalized.
SPEDSM-79913	Document: Private School Plan (PSP)	Added a new section for Prior Written Notice of Proposed Actions to the PSP document.
SPEDSM-72766	Document: Secondary IEP	Resolved an issue where the staff members could not submit the document for signature without completing the Progress Documentation signature section.
SPEDSM-87951	Documents: Preschool/Elementary and Secondary IEP	Updated the Progress Documentation, Signatures section of both the Preschool/Elementary IEP and Secondary IEP, with a checkbox for N/A beside the Medicaid Referring Provider Form for School-Based Services.
SPEDSM-90049	Preschool/Elementary IEP	Resolved an issue where the document would land on an error page while attempting translations.

SPEDSM-93526	Standard Report	Updated the report STARS - Special Education Snapshot. Students with the Exceptionality Area as empty and Special Education will be included in the report. Students with the Exceptionality Area as Gifted will be excluded from displaying in the report.
SPEDSM-82767	STARS - Special Education Snapshot	Resolved an issue where G for Gifted would export to the S_NM_STU_X.Disability field. Gifted is not a valid NMPED disability.
