• 2 - School District missed timeline(s) marked No for InUse.

• 7 - The description is updated to Student Died WD.

• 14 - The description was updated to Withdrawal from Part C by Parent before the child’s third birthday (Indicator 12 only).

• 15 - The parent refused to give consent for evaluation or initial services marked No for InUse.

• 17 - The parent fails or refuses to produce the child for evaluation (at least three documented attempts) marked No for InUse.

• Added the values C30, C31, C32, C33, and C34 to the keyword table.

Resolved an issue where all parents appeared on the preschool/elementary IEP even though they were not selected to appear on every documentation.

Document: Preschool/Elementary IEP

Made the following data flow updates for the Inform Parent Date field:

• If the Inform Parent Date is entered on the Progress Documentation, Signatures area of the Preschool/Elementary or Secondary IEP, it will flow to the student’s profile.

• If N/A is selected beside Age of Majority on the Progress Documentation, Signatures section of the Secondary IEP, then the section will collapse in Edit mode.

• On the Special Education/Placement profile, under Special Education Exit Information, a field for Transfer of Rights will be displayed. It will display the Inform Parent Date, and data will flow from the EIEP/SIEP. This field can be edited, but data will flow when the EIEP or SIEP is finalized.
