Evaluation Team Report (ETR) PR-06

Fixed an issue in Digital Signature where the Evaluator's signature date was prefilled on the Individual Evaluator's Assessment pages.
The Evaluator's signature dates will no longer be prefilled and should be provided before sending the form for digital signature.

Parent Consent for Evaluation Form PR-05

Changed error message to more accurately describe the requirements for setting the document status to Review or Final.

The error message now indicates that one of the following documents must have been finalized within the last 30 days:

Prefill Digital Signature dates

When using an electronic signature with the documents provided below, the signature dates for Parents, Student, Staff, and the Evaluator will be prefilled with the meeting date to avoid any potential compliance issues. Those dates will not be editable during the electronic signature process.

SpeciallyDesignedServices keyword table and ServiceLocation keyword table

Keywords removed by some customers caused errors during model releases. Therefore, made the following changes to both keyword tables:

Restored missing keywords.
Added an InUse column.

Administrators can hide the values in this table from users by changing the InUse column value to No.

Administrators will need to change the InUse column value for Specially Designed Services that they want to hide from end-users.
Administrators will need to change the InUse column value for Service Locations that they want to hide from end-users.
