Resolved the issues with the IEP form to consider the leap year for the duration of IEP and the Next Review Date calculations.

Individualized Education Program (IEP)

• The SDI/Services section of the IEP form will allow the user to assign only one provider to the service. The changes will be applied only to the newly created form.

• All existing forms will continue to have drop-down lists for the Provider selection.

Individualized Education Program (IEP) - Amendment

Resolved issues that would not allow the parents or guardians to provide initials on the cover page while using digital signatures:

• Participants listed on the cover sheet of IEP Amendment can now provide initials when signing the IEP Amendment document through digital signature. Parents/Guardians marked as Attended on the Meeting Participants section will provide their initials on the cover page and their signature on the Signature page using the digital signature interface.

• Additional participants added to the cover page can add initials using the digital signature interface on the cover page.

Parent Invitation PR-02

Updated the Parent Invitation PR-02 letter on the user interface to ensure that it fits on a single page while printing. The document can be printed using the Print Section or Generate PDF option. It is recommended to use the Generate PDF option for a better print version of the form.
