SPEnrollment Profile script

A student profile script creates/updates data in the student’s SP Enrollment profile based on the following criteria:

• Closes any SP Enrollment that has a blank exit date and updates the exit date value by using the day before the enter date value of the newly created record whose enter date is not equal to that of the current record, and the current record does not start in the future.

• Closes any SP Enrollment that has a blank exit date and updates the exit date value from the student’s special education exit date (located on the Special Education profile) value where the exit date is not greater than todays date (future).  

• Closes any SP Enrollment that has a blank exit date and updates the exit date from the student’s School Board Enrollment Exit Date (located on the Student Information profile) where the exit date is not greater than today’s date (future).

• Closes any open SP Enrollment that has a blank exit date if the student moved to a different school in the same district (located on the Student Information profile).    

• Creates a new SP Enrollment record with either an IEP or IPRC. The student must not already have an SP Enrollment record with an enter date value equal to that of the current record, an exceptionality equal to their primary exceptionality, and an association with their current school.
