Made the following updates to the Eligibility Documents under the Eligibility category:

• The same staff member can sign only one section in the eligibility document.

• The SLD section of the eligibility document has a known issue due to the unique configuration of the Oregon model; we are working towards a resolution and will release a fix when available.

Modified the Document Template Property of “TBI Eligibility” to:

• “Active Documents Enabled” from “No” to “Yes”
