Fixed formatting issues with Documents: GIPREC, IIPLAN, SSTR, PARINV, ParInvELMS

Fixed the following formatting issues in the GIPREC, IIPLAN, SSTR, PARINV, and ParInvELMS documents:

• Some sections had dark borders, while other sections had light borders. The borders are now uniform across all sections.

• Aligned all Text and Checkboxes.

• If a label is clicked, the cursor will be placed on the corresponding field, making data entry quicker and easier.

• Made all the font sizes consistent.

• Corrected various printing issues. For example, sometimes borders would not print, pages would move off, etc.

IEP and School Age Forms

• Updated the following changes to "Oregon IEP" and "School Age Forms":

  • Removed the "Notice of Transfer of Parents Rights" section from all new forms.

  • Added the following sections:

    • "Notice of Proposed Transfer of Sp Ed Rights"

    • "Notice of Transfer of Sp Ed Rights"

• The system will now provide a reminder to complete the "Notice of Proposed Transfer of Sp Ed Rights" if an IEP document is created and the student is 16 years old as of the IEP meeting date, but will turn 17 within one year minus one day from the IEP meeting date. This reminder will appear only if the "Notice of Proposed Transfer of Sp Ed Rights" has not been included in the School-Age Forms.

• The system will provide a reminder to complete the "Notice of Transfer of Sp Ed Rights" if an IEP document is created and the student is 17 years old as of the IEP meeting date, but will turn 18 within one year minus one day from the IEP meeting date. Fixed an issue in the Special Education profile ESY Services section where the “ESY Services will be provided for this student:” checkbox is still selected as “No” (due to a former IEP) even when a new IEP is finalized. It now has the IEP ESY Decision section where the “To be determined” checkbox is selected, and the date is filled in.

Updated to import students' Legal Names from PowerSchool SIS into the Student Profile instead of Preferred Names. However, if PowerSchool SIS does not have a legal name for a student, it will import the Preferred Name instead.
