Made the following changes in the IEP Meeting Participants section:

Removed Case Manager and Date fields.
Renamed Special Education Teacher as Special Education Teacher (Case Manager).
Reverted the data flow for Special Education Teacher (Case Manager) to update Special Education Teacher and Case Manager in the eligibility profile.
