SPSM-RI_21.9.1.0 Release Notes

Made the following updates to the COS form to comply with state guidelines:

• Split the form into three sections:
  • COS Section A
  • COS Section B
  • COS Section C
• On COS Section A, users will need to select a checkbox to indicate if the form is for an Entry or Exit of a student.
  • Users would first need to create this form for the student’s Entry. They would need to finalize it upon completion.
  • For the student’s exit, users would need to create this form again and select Exit. They would need to finalize it upon completion.

Fixed an issue where a red error message would appear in the State Accommodations area.

Replaced the text “MHRH” with “BHDDH” in the Possible Agencies to Assist area within the Transition Area: Independent Living/Community Part section.
