SPEDSM-47702	Child Outcomes Summary (COS) form	Made the following updates to the COS form to comply with state guidelines: Split the form into three sections: COS Section A COS Section B COS Section C On COS Section A, users will need to select a checkbox to indicate if the form is for an Entry or Exit of a student. Users would first need to create this form for the student’s Entry. They would need to finalize it upon completion. For the student’s exit, users would need to create this form again and select Exit. They would need to finalize it upon completion.
