Create Organizational and Location Profiles

Depending on the structure of your school organization, it may be necessary to create locations (schools) and broader organizational profiles, such as districts or units. When creating both organizational and location profiles, create organizational profiles before location profiles.

1. Verify if the location exists.
   1. From the Search menu, choose Locations.
   2. Enter the search criteria and click Search.

2. If the location does not exist, click Add New Location Profile.

3. Enter the location or district information. Each profile must have a unique ID.

4. Click Accept Changes.
