Create Student Profiles

Log in as a system administrator to create student profiles.

To import student information from the school district's Student Information System, click Administration, then Configuration, and then Integration. Next, click More, then click Download Data Connectivity Guide.

  1. Select Search, then choose Students.
  2. Click Add New Student Profile. To edit an existing student profile, enter the ID, Last Name, or First Name on the Students - Quick Search Form page. Click Search. Click the profile icon for the student, then click Edit.
  3. On the Student Information page, enter the required information.
  4. Click Accept Changes.
