Immediate Sync Report

22.6.4.0 and later.

Use Immediate Sync Report to copy report security from a source database to target databases. The report must be present in the target database to synchronize.

Sign in as an administrator.

1. Open the report.
2. From the More menu, choose Immediate Sync Report.

3. On the Immediate Sync Report page, select the synchronization options.

   1. Sync security group associations - Copies the report's security group associations.

   2. Sync security group publications - Copies the report's security group publications.

      

      Immediate Sync Report overwrites the report's security groups in the target databases for the selected synchronization options.

4. Click Synchronize.
