Show Workflow Case Status
You must enable the Show Workflow Case Status option before staff can view workflow case statuses.
Set Default User Options for All Staff
- Hover the mouse/pointer over your user initials in the upper right corner of the page to display the user menu, and select Set My User Options.
- On the Default User Options for All Staff tab, select Show Workflow Case Status.
If applicable, select Lock for all staff users to prevent staff users from changing the option.
- Click Set Options to save your settings.
User Personal Options
If users have the permissions to select their user options, they will need to enable Show Workflow Case Status.
- Hover the mouse/pointer over your user initials in the upper right corner of the page to display the user menu, and select Set My User Options.
- On the General User Options tab, select the Show Workflow Case Status option.
- Click Set Options to save your settings.
