Show Workflow Case Status

You must enable the Show Workflow Case Status option before staff can view workflow case statuses.

Set Default User Options for All Staff

  1. Hover the mouse/pointer over your user initials in the upper right corner of the page to display the user menu, and select Set My User Options.
  2. On the Default User Options for All Staff tab, select Show Workflow Case Status
  3. If applicable, select Lock for all staff users to prevent staff users from changing the option.

  4. Click Set Options to save your settings.

User Personal Options

If users have the permissions to select their user options, they will need to enable Show Workflow Case Status.

  1. Hover the mouse/pointer over your user initials in the upper right corner of the page to display the user menu, and select Set My User Options.
  2. On the General User Options tab, select the Show Workflow Case Status option. 
  3. Click Set Options to save your settings.
