DocuSign: Security Changes OAuth 2.0 Credentials | DocuSign is updating its security requirements. As a result, you will need to give your consent to allow Special Programs continued access to DocuSign. Consent must be given at both administrative and individual levels. You will receive prompts to give DocuSign consent. The consent process must be completed by August 31, 2022, to continue using DocuSign in Special Programs. |
| Student Profile Archive | You can now search the student profile archive by location (at the time of archiving) and birthdate. You can also view the student profile in the archive in addition to the documents available previously. The SIS integration binding (IntegrationIDT) will now always be restored when restoring a student. |
| Student Profiles Merge | The Merge Student Profiles Utility now includes completed signature data for both DocuSign and Digital Signature. |
| Student Transfer | When you receive a student transfer envelope for a student that already exists in your database (by Student ID), you can now merge the profiles and select whether to preserve the older profile or merge/replace values obtained from the incoming profile from the transfer envelope. |

Supported Versions
With the upcoming release of PowerSchool Special Programs 22.11.0.0, PowerSchool is supporting Special Programs 21.x and later starting November 2022.

If you are on a version lower than 21.x, we advise you to upgrade before November 2022. We are providing this notice to give you sufficient time for appropriate planning.

If you are hosted by PowerSchool, you do not need to take any action.
