Email notifications sent to parents or guardians via the Digital Signature feature now state “The Document Name associated with the student’s learning plan needs your review and signature.”.

S|R Module: Curriculum Sync Enhancements

This release introduces enhanced functionality for syncing curriculum data between the controller and district tenants. The sync process now supports two key scenarios:

1. New Curriculum Sync
   When a curriculum is newly imported, created, or copied into the controller, it will be fully synced to all associated district tenants.

2. Incremental Curriculum Updates
   When a curriculum already exists in district tenants, any incremental edits made in the controller will now be selectively synced—ensuring only the changes are propagated.

The sync process now includes the following curriculum components:

• Active/Inactive Status
  Ensures the curriculum’s activation state is accurately reflected across tenants.

• Curriculum Outline Levels
  Levels are synced only if they match between the controller and district tenants. A mismatch will prevent the sync from proceeding.

• Curriculum Outline Tags
  Tags associated with curriculum outlines are now included in the sync.

• Curriculum Outline Languages
  Language settings for curriculum outlines are synced to maintain consistency.

• Curriculum Outline Statements/Items
  All statements or items within the curriculum outline are included in both full and incremental syncs.

• Statement Tag Associations
  Associations between statements and their tags are now part of the sync process.

• Statement Language Translations
  Translations for curriculum outline statements are synced to ensure multilingual support.

S|R Module: Selective tenant sync for security groups

We’ve enhanced the security group sync functionality to give administrators more control over where groups are applied.

What’s New:

• You can now sync security groups to specific district tenants instead of all tenants.

• To access this feature:

  • Navigate to Security Groups

  • Select a group

  • Click More → Sync Security Group to District Tenants

Updated Sync Dialog:

• Offers two options:

  • Sync to all district tenants (default behavior)

  • Sync to selected district tenants using a dual listbox interface

• When reducing the sync scope, security groups are automatically removed from deselected tenants to maintain accurate access control.

Security privileges update for impersonation

Two new security privileges, "Log in as Staff User for Support" and "Log in as Parent/Guardian/Student User," replace the retired "Log in as Other Users for Support," with access automatically updated for users and groups previously assigned the retired privilege.

Users with only the "Log in as Staff User for Support" security privilege will not be able to log in as Parent/Guardian/Student. Users with only the security privilege of "Log in as Parent/Guardian/Student User" selected will not be able to log in as a Staff member.

S|R Module: Announcement management for tenant organizations

State-level users can compose, send, update, and delete announcements targeted to all tenants or specific groups, with changes and deletions applied across the application.

Enhanced Print Options in Documentation Mode

The print functionality in Documentation Mode has been updated for greater flexibility. The Print option prints the entire report, while the Print Documentation View option prints only the documentation view.

Parent/Guardian Access - Document section navigation update

Documents with multiple sections now include a dropdown menu that defaults to an option displaying the entire document, while parents/guardians with edit access continue to interact with sections as previously configured.

S|R Module: Enhanced Report Merging by Tenant Categories

A new enhancement to the report merging functionality at the State and Regional levels. Users can now merge tenants by categories, streamlining the aggregation process and improving data organization. When merging reports, users can now group and merge tenants based on predefined categories from the LEACategory keyword table.

Password complexity for temporary logins

Passwords generated using the simplified temporary password option based on Student ID now comply with required complexity standards, including length, case, numeric, and punctuation criteria, and this issue is now resolved.

Translation updates for IEP objectives

Objectives or benchmarks removed during an IEP revision are now correctly removed from the corresponding translation and this issue is now resolved.

Prevent copying of property enforcement

Data from the Prevent Copying section is no longer copied to new documents when the Prevent Copying from This Section property is enabled. This issue is now resolved.

S|R Module: Report syncing across tenants fixed

Reports now sync to all tenants without omissions, and the issue is now resolved.

Document transfer retains retired sections

Retired repeating sections in document templates are included during transfers, ensuring all sections from the original finalized document are retained in the receiving tenant is now resolved.

Digital signature submission error resolved

Errors during digital signature submission and subsequent redirection to the home page are now resolved.

Document signer names display correctly

Staff names replacing numerical identifiers during document signing and finalization is now resolved.

Digital signature status accuracy

Previously, when a student had no assigned case manager, the eSignature process could result in a document status error after the first parent signed. This blocked the second parent from completing the signing process. The system now gracefully handles the absence of a case manager without interrupting the signature workflow.
