Audit logging for student transfers

Audit logs record and categorize events for student transfer documents sent, received, or denied, including timestamps, user or system details, student identifiers, destinations, reasons for denial, and errors.

Envelope generation status message update

The status message indicating that the package is being generated during the envelope generation process replaces the previous message stating the package was not generated.

Transfer Envelopes

In the Send Transfer Envelope utility, there is a new “Configure Send Envelope Defaults” button (only visible to ADMIN users) that can optionally be used by the ADMIN to configure the behavior of the Send Transfer Envelope utility for staff users. Note that there is no immediate change in behavior for end users upon release of the feature. The new configuration button leads to a screen that has all the options that the end user sees when generating packages for an outbound transfer envelope (profile sections, child profiles, documents, include final documents only, etc). This enables defaults for these options to be preset by the ADMIN. There are a few additional options on this screen that can be enabled to make other changes to the experience for end users:

• An option to lock in the ADMIN defaults so that end users cannot change them or deviate when sending envelopes.

• An option to bypass profile and document security privileges/rights so that the sender can just send everything even if they do not have normal security access to it.

Add field label column to profiles

The configuration page for profiles includes a field label column to match UI labels with database field names for easier identification.

The configuration page for documents includes a field label column to support identification and cross-referencing with database field names.

State and Regional Module

State and regional module customers who are using manual transfer envelopes (versus automatic transfer), can access from the controller the “Configure Send Envelope Defaults” screen (mentioned in another release note), and sync the settings to all district tenants so that the settings govern district tenant’s usage of the manual transfer envelopes features. Note that the “Configure Send Envelope Defaults” screen does not affect the automatic transfers, assuming that is active. The behavior of automatic transfers remains unchanged and unaffected.

Easy edit content restoration

Editing an Easy Edit restores the original content instead of displaying a blank area and is now resolved.

Workflow case type sort order

The case type dropdown honors the custom sort order for workflow case types and is now resolved.

IEP amendment linking and ordering

Amendments to Individualized Education Program documents are accurately linked and ordered based on their finalized dates during student transfers between tenants.

Update document information access fixed

Staff users with the appropriate privileges can unfinalize file-based documents by accessing the update document information option, which is now resolved.
