Create PDF

Since documents contain personally identifiable information (PII) and can be used as legal documents, you may want to protect PDF files from being modified after creation.

1. Open the document and click Print.
2. Select the sections to be printed.

3. In the Special Program print preview, click Generate PDF.
   The PDF file is now locked with a generated password.

   

   You can open the PDF file without a password, but you will not be able to edit or copy the content in the file.

If you do not require password protection on the file, use the browser's print function to generate a PDF.
