Define Assessment Tags

When you create assessment definitions of any kind, you can assign yes/no descriptor tags to the question items to identify them as belonging to various categories. 

Define Assessment Tags

1. Select Assessment > Assessment Library.

2. Select Assessment Library Setup from the More… menu. 

   • If any of these options do not appear, you do not have the necessary access privileges.

3. Click Assessment Tags. The existing tags, if any, appear in the Assessment Tags panel.

4. To add a new tag, click + Add New Tag.

5. In the Tag Name field, assign the tag a unique name.

6. In the Tag Icon section, select an icon that will visually represent the tag. If you do not want to add an icon, select none.

7. Click Accept to save the new Assessment Tag and icon. To change the order of the tags, click and drag the corresponding rows into new positions on the list.  2
