Instructional Groupings Report

The Instructional Groupings report can be used to group students for instruction according to how they have performed on specific curriculum objectives, outcomes, standards, or other curriculum statements. These reports can be printed individually or in bulk.

Generate Instructional Group Reports

  1. Access the assessment administration for which you want to report results.
  2. Select Instructional Grouping from the Generate Report drop-down.
  3. In the Instructional Grouping screen, use the Select drop-down menu to select the curriculum statement for which you want to view the instructional grouping report. You can select from any curriculum statement assessed.
  4. Click the Options… button to see additional content and formatting options.
  5. Use the Options (drop-down menus) to modify the look of the report and what information it contains.
    • The best way to understand the options is to experiment with them. As soon as you select an option, the report changes to match the new selection.
  6. If you find a set of options for this report that you like, you can click Save My Options to save them.
    • Depending on your role, you may see Save as System Default Options.
  7. To print the report for the selected curriculum, click the Print button.
  8. To print reports for all curriculum statements at once, select (All Curriculum Statements) from the Select drop-down, and then click the Print this document link to send the report to the printer.
  9. After you print the report, try selecting (Curriculum Score Listing) from the Select drop-down.
The report now shows how all the students performed on all the curriculum statements.
