Report Assessment Results as a Teacher

Use this procedure to produce reports based on the results of scoring assessments.

  1. From the home page, click into a class and switch to the Student Assessment tab.
  2. By default, you will see assessment administrations that have been administered class-wide, which would normally be assessments that you scored yourself.
    • From the Scope drop-down, you can select to also see results for assessments that were administered location-wide or district-wide, if available. Note that in this case, results for students not in this class will be filtered out.
    • From the School Year drop-down, you can select assessment administrations for previous years.
  3. Click the magnifier icon next to the assessment administration you are interested in.
  4. The screen displays a filtered view of assessment data collected for students in your class.
  5. From the Generate Reports select any of the available reports.

Merged Class Results

If you teach the same class in multiple periods and give the same assessments for those classes, you can produce reports on merged results and then disaggregate them by class as described in the procedure below:

  1. On your home page, click the Class Assessment Reports link in the My Classes panel.
  2. Click the expand icon next to the assessment for which you would like to generate reports.
    • Assessments are listed only if they have been administered in one or more of your classes.
  3. In the list of Administration Assessments for your classes, click the corresponding checkmark icon to access reporting for that assessment administration.
  4. If the assessment has been administered for multiple classes, you can access the merged results by clicking the check icon labeled Merged Results.
  5. From the Generate Reports drop-down, you can select one of the available reports for the merged assessment administration.
    • When reporting on results merged across classes, "Class" will be an option when disaggregating and filtering the results as this example shows.
    • Filtering and disaggregating are covered in the next topics in this section.
