User Options for Workflow Case Management

You can determine when to show or hide the Workflow Case Summary View that appears next to the breadcrumb navigation when viewing student pages and the Workflow Case Status column on any student list report, including any student lists on the home page. The column will appear or hide automatically without having to update any reports.

To display the workflow case status for students, enable the Show Workflow Case Status option in your User Options.

  1. Hover the mouse/pointer over your user initials in the upper right corner of the page to display the user menu, and select Set My User Options.
  2. On the General User Options tab, select the Show Workflow Case Status option. 
  3. Click Set Options to save your settings.
