SPEDSM-54141	Eligibility Forms - Finalized status	Made the following modifications to the eligibility forms: Updated all existing eligibility forms to return to the previous version (2019). Any forms created between 11/24 and 12/16 can be modified to display in 2021 if desired. Newly created forms after this update will be displayed in the 2021 version only. To change from 2019 to 2021, open the form, go to "Set Sections," clear the checkbox labeled "… Retired," and select the other. The data is then displayed in 2021 format.
SPEDSM-45524	Hearing Impairment/Deafness Eligibility Form	Made the following changes to the Hearing Impairment/Deafness Eligibility Determination form: Updated the form to match the latest DOE version. Added the ability for PowerSchool Special Programs Digital Signature.
