Digital Signature

Digital Signature is now available for Utah Special Education forms for the Eligibility and IEP forms; more to follow.

For additional information, contact your account representative. 
Note: You must be on platform 21.6.0 or later and Utah model SPEDSM_21.12.1.0.

SPEDSM-54141

Eligibility Forms - Finalized status

Made the following modifications to the eligibility forms:

  • Updated all existing eligibility forms to return to the previous version (2019).

  • Any forms created between 11/24 and 12/16 can be modified to display in 2021 if desired. 

  • Newly created forms after this update will be displayed in the 2021 version only. 

  • To change from 2019 to 2021, open the form, go to "Set Sections," clear the checkbox labeled "… Retired," and select the other.

    • The data is then displayed in 2021 format.

Made the following changes to the Hearing Impairment/Deafness Eligibility Determination form:

  • Updated the form to match the latest DOE version.

  • Added the ability for PowerSchool Special Programs Digital Signature.
