SPEDSM-54141	Eligibility Forms - Finalized status	Made the following modifications to the eligibility forms: Updated all existing eligibility forms to return to the previous version (2019). Any forms created between 11/24 and 12/16 can be modified to display in 2021 if desired. Newly created forms after this update will be displayed in the 2021 version only. To change a from 2019 to 2021, open the form, go to "Set Sections," clear the checkbox labeled "… Retired," and select the other. The data is then displayed in 2021 format.
SPEDSM-45524	Hearing Impairment/Deafness Eligibility Form	Made the following changes to the Hearing Impairment/Deafness Eligibility Determination form: Updated the form to match the latest DOE version. Added the ability for PowerSchool Special Programs Digital Signature.
