SPEDSM-69402	Consent for Sharing and Billing Medicaid Dataflow to Profile	Added dataflow for parent Signature Date to the Medicaid Billing Consent Date in the Medical profile when the following checkbox is selected during Digital Signature: YES, I give Sample School District1 permission to share my child’s education and health-related information in order to bill Medicaid for health-related educational services. Added Office Use Only section to record the parent consent date when Digital Signature is turned off. Dataflows from Office Use Only → Received Date to the Medicaid Billing Consent Date in the Medical profile Office Use Only response is the master response that gets updated in student profile when both Digital Signature = On / Off
SPEDSM-82150	Deafblindness Eligibility Determination	Removed extra character “t” displayed at the top of the document.
SPEDSM-71069	Developmental Delay Eligibility Determination	The Developmental Delay Eligibility Determination document has been updated to the latest DOE version. Documents created after the release will be on the latest version. The existing document will be retired.
SPEDSM-69236	Emotional Disturbance Eligibility Determination	The Emotional Disturbance Eligibility Determination document has been updated to the latest DOE version. Documents created after the release will be on the latest version. The existing document will be retired.
SPEDSM-79782	IEP Goals and Objectives/Benchmarks section	Before this release, the following statement would appear only in Edit mode. Now the change is made to display the statement in both View and Print modes. The student has a significant cognitive disability and is receiving their grade-level instruction in the Utah Core Standards through the support of Utah’s alternate achievement standards (i.e., The Essential Elements).
SPEDSM-71608	IEP Goals and Objectives/Benchmarks section	On the IEP in the Goals and Objectives/Benchmark section, the following statement will not appear when printed: (1. SPEDSM-71787	IEP Goals/Objectives and Snapshot	Corrected the text in the IEP Snapshot Measurable Annual Goal area to match the text in the IEP.
SPEDSM-78821	IEP Individualized Transition Plan section	Added checkbox Considered, Not needed to the Postsecondary independent living skills (where appropriate) goal in the transition form.
SPEDSM-81816	IEP PLAAFP section: Statement bank	Added a statement bank for all the text boxes displayed within the PLAAFP section.
SPEDSM-75309	IEP Progress Report section	In the IEP Progress Report section, adjusted the column layouts for the date and comments fields to auto-fit the text appropriately when printed.
SPEDSM-79145	IEP Special Education and Related Services section	Before this release, The Extended School Year (ESY) attachment – 2022 section would be added only when the checkbox Student requires ESY services is selected. A change has been made to include this section to stay compliant even when the checkbox Student does not require ESY is selected.
SPEDSM-71607	IEP Special Education Services and Accommodations	Corrected the layout of the textbox for Other so when selected it will be aligned.
SPEDSM-72191	IEP, Special Education and Related Services Section	The Related Services area is not mandatory in the IEP Special Education and Related Services section. Adjusted the Calculated minutes of special education & related services for special education or related services or both based on selection.
SPEDSM-70737	IEP: SECTION: Assessment Addendum	In the IEP Assessment Addendum section adjusted the Utah Aspire assessments to accommodate students in grade 8 going into grade 9 during the IEP.

SPEDSM-75246	Prior Written Notice and Consent for Evaluation/Reevaluation	Before this release, the checkbox I DO NOT give consent for the two-week waiting period to be waived so that the psychological evaluation for my student may proceed immediately was selected by default as soon as a parent is chosen for signing the document. This has been corrected now and checkbox will be deselected by default.

SPEDSM-82157	Special Education profile - Most Recent Reevaluation Date	Created an update script, Update ReEvalDate with EligDetermDate, to perform the following: In the Compliance Timeline area of the Special Education Information profile, if the Most Recent Reevaluation Date is less than the Eligibility Determination Date, it will make the dates the same. The update script is scheduled to run nightly.
SPEDSM-64054	Student Information profile	Added Physical Custody checkbox for Parent 3 and Parent 4.
