SPEDSM-50676 | Case Manager/Staff Caseloads - Removing existing students | To enhance data accuracy and streamline reporting, the system now automatically updates staff caseloads when students exit Special Education or withdraw from enrollment. If a student has either a Special Education Exit Date or an Enrollment Exit Date effective today, they will be marked as "Exited" on the staff’s caseload for that day. A nightly scheduled job will then remove the student from the staff’s assigned caseload, updating the Staff Caseload profile accordingly. Additionally, the Case Manager field on the student’s Eligibility Information profile will be cleared automatically. These changes help ensure that staff caseloads and search results reflect only currently active students. |

SPEDSM-117391 | Speech-Language Impairment Eligibility Document | The system now allows the Translator to sign the Speech-Language Impairment Eligibility Determination document when the translator is indicated as required (i.e., the related question is marked "Yes") and the translator is included in the Team Participants list. The translator’s ability to sign is now independent of the Native Language checkbox selections, ensuring accurate documentation of participation regardless of language settings. |
