SPEDSM-58895	Audiology Plan of Care document	Configured the Audiology Plan of Care document to allow participants to sign via Digital Signature.
SPEDSM-64837	Credit Accommodations Eligibility document	Updated the Credit Accommodations Eligibility Form so that users can sign via digital signature. Students can sign the document when they are 18 years or older. In addition, the participants' area on the document has been reformatted to be in a table. Please note the existing form was retired, and a new form was created to accommodate these changes. These changes will not affect existing finalized documents, but moving forward, when a new document is created, these changes will be visible.
SPEDSM-75619	Frequencies keyword table	Updated the Frequencies keyword table to be admin-editable, allowing new keywords to be added or existing keywords to be edited.
SPEDSM-78690	Initial Tier III Meeting Summary document	Made changes to the Initial Tier III Meeting Summary document to allow revisions to be created if needed.
SPEDSM-78950	InstructionalSettings keyword table	Updated the InstructionalSettings keyword table so that it is admin-editable, allowing new keywords to be added or existing keywords to be edited.
SPEDSM-58265	Observation Form document	Configured the Observation Form to allow participants to sign the document via Digital Signature.
SPEDSM-58893	Occupational Therapy Plan of Care document	Configured the Occupational Therapy Plan of Care document to allow participants to sign the document via Digital Signature.
SPEDSM-58672	Physical Therapy Plan of Care document	Updated the Physical Therapy Plan of Care document so that participants can sign the document using Digital Signature.
SPEDSM-78070	PlacementCodes Keyword Table	Updated the PlacementCodes keyword table so that it is admin-editable, allowing new keywords to be added or existing keywords to be edited. Updated the existing Code 21 [Home - Student less than age 6 (21)] to be Home - Non-School-Age (0-5).
