SPEDSM-90543	Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP)	Created the Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) document to comply with state regulations. The BIP document now comprises three clearly defined sections: Demographics/Team Strategies for Implementation Monitoring The option to revise the Positive Behavior Intervention plan will now be displayed. Retired the previous Positive Behavior Intervention Plan (PBIP).
SPEDSM-98851	Child Study Meeting notice (CSMN)	Moved the Child Study meeting notice under the Referral category of documents.
SPEDSM-99357	Created a student signer email field	Added an email field to the Profile section under Demographics/Enrollment/Contacts so that students could receive a form for digital signature. This field was updated in all the following documents, where a student signer is set up to store the data correctly in the profile. SPEDSM-98837	Disability category	Fixed an issue where the disability category was correct on the IEP Cover Page but not on the IEP at a Glance.
SPEDSM-100311	Individualized Education Program (IEP)	Added a flyer and the links to an English Parent Involvement Survey and a Spanish Parent Involvement Survey as per the memo released by Assistant Superintendent of Special Education at the Virginia Dept of Ed. A new global field was added for the flyer. Admins can update the flyer image from the Globals profile.
SPEDSM-99408	Individualized Education Program (IEP)	Fixed an issue where users could not finalize revision IEP if Extended School Year Services started before the IEP Date.
SPEDSM-96726	Individualized Education Program (IEP)	Fixed an issue where not all Accommodations from the Participation State & Division-Wide Accountability section were displaying on the IEP at a Glance section.
SPEDSM-89965	Profile: Placement	Added a new field for Special Program to the Placement profile to collect special program details from the student. This field is located after the Current Special Education Program Information section, within a new area titled Special Program.
SPEDSM-98890	Review of Existing Data [RED]	Updated the document action so that the Referral document is only required when MeetingReason is Initial Referral. The admin can now disable this Document Action named Review of Existing Data, as needed.
SPEDSM-101416	ServicesTable Keyword Table	Updated the ServicesTable Keyword table to have all the keywords as PLAAFAreas keyword table. This keyword table is now admin-editable.
SPEDSM-93918	Transfer IEP Request	Added Transfer IEP Request document into VAMODEL. The Section Security needs to be updated as per the district.
SPEDSM-100774	Virginia Alternate Assessment Program (VAAP_PDMT)	Retired the VAAP section in the Individualized Education Program (IEP) and a new VAAP document was created. The VAAP document now comprises four clearly defined sections: Student Information Determining Most Significant Cognitive Disability Student Daily Learning Needs Additional Considerations Administrators now have the ability to disable the "Message for VAAP" section in the IEP document. This allows administrators to customize the document flow, making sure that staff members are not reminded to create the VAAP until they have finished their training.
