Fixed the issue for VA documents where the document form content disappears during signing while attempting for digital signature.

Updates to VA documents

1. In the IEP meeting Notice document, if the student is 13 or older, the ‘Student name’ now appears in the line below by default.

2. In the IEP Meeting Notice document, if the student is of age is 13 or older and 1st or 2nd checkbox in the Purposes of meeting is selected, then:

   1. The ‘Transition: "Postsecondary Goals, Transition Services.’ checkbox is now selected automatically

   2. And, the field is not editable.

3. In the Virginia Alternate Assessment Program document, in the Additional Considerations section:

   1. Only attended participants now display in view mode.

   2. The date is ‘Mandatory’ for the attended participants.

   3. The first column in the table with checkboxes is renamed to ‘Attended’.

4. Added validations in the Services LRE Placement section of the IEP.

   1. Now, the duration of the selected services should fall within the range between the IEP Meeting Date and the Annual Review Date.

SPEDSM-133501

Updates to IEP Services dataflow

Details of services mentioned in the Services LRE Placement section of the IEP now flow to the Dec 1st Count profile upon the finalization of the IEP.

Removed the IEPDateCalc field logic from the Services LRE Placement section for the seamless dataflow from the IEP document to the Dec 1st count profile.
