Modified the CEDARS File K Report to incorporate state changes for the 2022-2023 School Year. The following elements were changed:

• Element K16 – PreK Positive Social-Emotional Skills - Entry
• Element K17 – PreK Acquisition and Use of Knowledge/Skills - Entry
• Element K18 – PreK Appropriate Behaviors and Skills - Entry
• Element K19 – PreK Positive Social-Emotional Skills - Exit
• Element K20 – PreK Positive Social-Emotional Skills - Progress
• Element K21 – PreK Acquisition and Use of Knowledge/Skills - Exit
• Element K22 – PreK Acquisition and Use of Knowledge/Skills - Progress
• Element K23 – PreK Appropriate Behaviors and Skills - Exit
• Element K24 – PreK Appropriate Behaviors and Skills - Progress

Modified the CEDARS File U Report to incorporate state changes for the 2022-2023 School Year. The following elements were changed:

• Element U10 - Outcome of Initial Evaluation/Eligibility
• Element U11 - Date of Initial IEP Meeting
• Element U12 - Reason for Late Transition from Part C

The following changes were made within Profile, Document:

• Added the exit reasons dropdown in the Child Outcome Summary Profile and an option to enter them manually if needed.
• Added the new state codes Special Education Pre-K Early Childhood Progress Outcomes in the Exit section of the Child Outcome Summary Document.
• Changed the label stating "Exit Data is NOT Necessary" to "Exit Data "Not Yet Assessed" Due To" in the Exit section of the Child Outcome Summary Document.
• Data flows from the document to the profile on finalization.

Modified the document to display staff names while they sign the Form 504-8 Individual 504 Plan.

• Added a capability for the case managers to indicate whether procedural safeguards were offered to the parents or not in the IEP Meeting Participants section of the IEP Document.
• Added a capability for parents to indicate whether procedural safeguards were offered to them or not in the IEP Meeting Participants section of the IEP Document.

Included Invitation to Attend a Meeting section in the following documents:

• Evaluation Planning
• Individualized Education Program
• Evaluation Report

Added the Prior Written Notice Section to the following documents:

• Form 504-10 Manifestation Determination Review
• Manifest Determination

Added a long text field to the staff profile for taking notes.

Modified the Date of IEP Meeting Field to be editable in the IEP Meeting Minutes Section.
