SPEDSM-116249	IEP: Participants in IEP Meeting	The IEP document now allows the parent's signature to be optional.
SPEDSM-116025	IEP: Request to Excuse an IEP Team Member	Administrators were experiencing issues with signatures not appearing correctly in the system, leading to incomplete packets. This problem specifically impacted the excusal form of the IEP, resulting in missing parent signatures. As a result, affected IEPs had to be force-finalized, causing additional work for staff. This has now been addressed. Note: Users are expected to finalize any in-flight IEPs before the release
SPEDSM-116218	IEP: Consent to share Information with Transition Agencies	Modified the document behavior to finalize without the section 'Consent to Share Info with Transition Agencies' for students aged 15 or older when consent has been denied.
SPEDSM-115455	CEDARS File K PreK to K Transition LRE Updates	Made the following changes to the CEDARS File K Profile Dates were not updated when changes were made on the LRE screen. Dates did not report correctly on File K when a new LRE record with the same LRE code and a change in educational time was added Additionally, when the time in special education changed for the same IEP, a new LRE record need not be created
SPEDSM-114142	Document: Medicaid Consent for Billing	Modified the behavior for the consent on the Medicaid Consent for Billing document to flow into the Medicaid Profile on finalization.
SPEDSM-113148	Report: CEDARS File K Data	The update introduces a new element, K27 - Consent to Share Info, in the following reports: CEDARS File K Data Report. S_WA_STU_SPED_X Export Report This element accepts values of Y/N and retrieves data from the most recent File K Profile Record. If a student is 16 or older and does not have consent marked as Y, it will automatically show as N. The School Year field (K01) now mandates a four-digit year representing the end of the school year
SPEDSM-111210	CEDARS File K: Update Script Change	The update script now includes functionality to create a new record with a start date and update the CEDARS K profile if the start date changes in the LRE Profile but not the LRECode. It will not create a new record if there is an open record without an end date.
