IEP Cover Page, Services, and ESY Sections.

Made the following changes to the IEP Cover Page, Services and Supplemental Aids, and ESY section while re-creating an IEP document.

  • Updated the IEP Services and Supplemental Aids section to pull the Assistive Technology and Dedicated Aids data from the respective child profiles when the staff selects YES to the question Is this a recreation of a previously completed IEP in a previous system on the IEP cover page and added the following message at the top of the cover page and ESY page on saving the document: Yes has been answered to the question below, Is this is recreation of a previously completed IEP in a previous system. All IEP services and ESY services will be pulled into the IEP from the IEP Services profile and will be read-only. No additional services can be added as this is a recreation of an existing IEP. Complete the IEP in its entirely from the previous IEP PDF and finalize the IEP document. Then amend this IEP document to proceed with the amendment meeting. The IEP Meeting Date should be the latest initial or annual meeting date and not the upcoming/current amendment meeting date.

  • Updated the IEP Services and Supplemental Aids where the three services grids (Special Education Services, Related Services, and Consultation Services ) and Assistive Technology and Dedicated Aids areas are made editable when the staff selects NO to the question Is this a recreation of a previously completed IEP in a previous system on the IEP cover page and the following message appears at the top of the cover page and ESY page: No has been answered to the question below, Is this is recreation of a previously completed IEP in a previous system. Select No when this is an actual new Annual Review IEP and NOT an amendment of an existing IEP document created in a previous system.
