SPEDSM-98084	New Advanced Report: Rev Report Totals	Added a new report, Rev Report Totals, under the Advanced Reports, Part B Federal Reporting category. The selection criteria of the Rev Report Totals include all the students whose Evaluation Due Date (from the Eligibility History Part B profile) is not empty, the Evaluation Due Date is within the date range of the reporting period, and the student's age is less than 22 within 60 calendar days prior to the re-evaluation due date. Report includes both the active and inactive students. Report excludes the students if the age of the student is 22 years or older within 60 calendar days prior to the re-evaluation due date AND if the Eligibility outcome (on Referrals Part B profile) is Referral Discontinuation or Parent Consent Denial and Exit Reason (on Special Education Part B profile) is Revocation of Services OR when the student's Enrollment Exit Date is on or less than the student's Reevaluation due date value. The key counts on the report include the following data: Total number of students Percent Timely Number of Timely Students Number of Untimely - Held Late Students Number of Untimely - Not Held Students Number of excluded students
SPEDSM-98073	Stepwell LEA Monitoring Part C to Part B	Updated the selection criteria of the LEA Monitoring Part C to Part B Report to include the inactive students and removed the condition requiring the student to have an IEP Start Date.
SPEDSM-97858	Referrals Part B Profile	Removed the reference to Initial in the labels at the page's footer. Based on the referral reason, for example, Initial, Reevaluation, Part C to Part B, Out of State, the label Initial was not valid for all referral reasons.
SPEDSM-97792	APR 12 - Early Childhood Transition Report	Removed the Gender column. Changed Local ID to use the SIS ID. Updated the LEA ID, LEA Name, School Code, and School Name formulas to report the proper value for the student.
SPEDSM-97754	IEP Recreation, Services, and Supplemental Aids	When the user selects Yes on the cover page labeled Is this a recreation of a previously completed IEP in a previous system? the field Student requires the support of a dedicated aide was incorrectly getting auto-selected to Yes even when there was no DA in the student profile. It has been corrected to auto-select the checkbox to Yes only when the DA data is pulled in from the student profile.
SPEDSM-97416	Medicaid Report - Parental Consent	Updated the LEA Code, LEA Name, School Code, and School Name column formulas to report the student's most recent LEA Entry/Exit profile record value.
SPEDSM-97051	REV Detail Report	Added a new Rev Detail Report under the Standard reports, Part B Federal Reporting category. The selection criteria of the Rev Report Totals include all the students whose Evaluation Due Date (from the Eligibility History Part B profile) is not empty, the Evaluation Due Date is within the date range of the reporting period, and the student's age is less than 22 within 60 calendar days before the re-evaluation due date.
SPEDSM-96821	Mediaid Reports: Evaluation Report	Updated the Initial_Reeval column to report a Yes if the student’s latest referral is an Initial or Re-evaluation. The report will display a No value if the referral is a Part C to Part B or Out of State. If the student misses the referral profile record, the row will appear in red font, and the column will be reported as Missing.
SPEDSM-96691	Child Outcome Summary	Made the following changes to the Child Outcome Summary document: Modified the document to display the field Date exit date was always submitted as required when the Program Exit checkbox is selected in the blue bar at the top. When the program exit date is within six months of the entry date, the system will auto-select the checkbox Child participated in a preschool/prekindergarten special education program less than six months and display the guided language next to the Date exit date was submitted as Note: Exit data and reason is not required as the student has been in the program for less than six months. Added the following validation message when the exit date is greater than six months and one day from the entry date. The user selects the first exit reason, the child was in the program less than six months: Child exited the program beyond six months. Please select a valid exit reason.
SPEDSM-95568	RSMR Reports and IEP Services Part B Profile	Corrected the Delivered Min field formula to calculate the delivered minutes only for the services marked completed and whose service type is either Consultation or Direct. Previously, this was calculated for all service types and the cancelled services. Made changes to the following three reports: RSMR - Metric Per Provider RSMR - Summary RSMR - Delivered Service Details Part B Related Services Management Summary Report (Advanced Report) RSMR: Metric Per Provider drill down report changes, added Begin Date and End date columns, removed the word Time from Service Date Time column, and changed the column Attend School to Attending School IEP Services Part B Profile: Added the Provider Name column to display the provider name associated with the service record.
SPEDSM-95430	APR 12 - Early Childhood Transition and APR 12 Counts	Made the following changes to the APR 12 - Early Childhood Transition report: Updated the selection criteria to use the date range of the reporting period instead of the Global Monitoring Start and End Dates. When Was IEP Completed by 3rd birthday is Yes, LEA Name, LEA Code, School code, and School Name will be displayed based on the Initial IEP Date compared with the applicable LEA Entry/Exit. When Was IEP Completed by 3rd birthday is No, LEA Name, LEA Code, School code, and School Name will be displayed based on the student's 3rd birthday compared with the applicable LEA Entry/Exit. Previously, these columns pulled data based on the most recent LEA Entry / Exit Profile record. Removed the Gender column. Added a Referral Date column after the Student name. The data gets pulled from the associated student record from the Part B Profile. Added 3rd Birthday column after the Reason for Delay column that displays the actual date of the child's third birthday Renamed LEA ID to LEA Code. Updated School Code column to report the proper value for the student. Made the following changes to the APR 12 Counts report: Updated the selection criteria to use the reporting period's date range instead of the LEANotificationDate and to include all the students turning three years old within the report start and end dates' date range. Renamed the columns Eligibility Event Type to Eligibility Status, Initial IEP by 3rd Birthday to Was IEP completed by 3rd Birthday? and Eligibility Event Date column to Initial Eligibility Date Added a Referral Date column after the Student name. The data gets pulled from the associated student record from the Part B Profile. Added 3rd Birthday column after the Reason for Delay column that displays the actual date of the child's third birthday Renamed LEA ID to LEA Code.
SPEDDEV-46418	Part B Update Staff Security Groups By Position Script Updates	Extended the Part B Update Staff Security Groups By Position update script to include a newly identified position 63- Early Childhood Transition Coordinator' to add or remove the user to or from the Early Childhood Transition Coordinator security group.
