SPEDSM-99324

Medicaid Reporting: Delivered Services Report, Evaluation Report, Provider Credential File Report

Removed the LEA Code value displayed in front of the provider ID value.

Evaluation Report: Updated the LEA Code/LEA Name/School/School Code values to report the LEA and School based on the Date Completed value.

Made the following changes to the Delivered Services Report:

• Updated the LEA Code/LEA Name/School/School Code values to report the LEA and School based on the Service Date value.

• Added a new column labeled Service ID, which displays the unique service ID associated with the service capture record.

• Changed the Primary and Secondary Disability columns to report the values from the Disability History profile rather than the Special Education profile. The values will use the Service Date to report the applicable disability values.

SPEDSM-95639

RSMR Summary Report

Made the following changes to the report:

• Renamed column Amt. Total # of Mins to Prescribed Amt Per IEP Service Date Range.

• Updated the LEA Entry and LEA Exit Date columns to report the LEA Entry/Exit dates based on the Service End Date within the date range of the LEA Entry/Exit profile.

• Updated the % Services Completed and % Productivity columns. The decimal value is now rounded to display two digits instead of the complete decimal number.

• Updated the Prescribed Amt Per IEP Service Date Range column formula to exclude summer (not in session) days.

SPEDSM-94105

IEP Secondary Transition

Updated the IEP document to correct an issue where the Secondary Transition section was removed when the user manually added the section to the document.

Evaluation Report

Updated the report to display the LEA Code, LEA Name, School Name, and School Code values based on the Completed Date value that is within the date range of LEA Entry and Exit dates.

Consent to Conduct Evaluation/Assessment

Made the following changes to the document:

• Added the data flow for The Date of Parent Consent, Consent Granted or Consent Refused fields from the document to the Evaluation Requests Part C profile for both the signing methods, that is, when signed digitally or by a paper copy.

• During digital signature, the fields The Date of Parent Consent, Consent Granted or Consent Refused flows as soon as the digital signature process is completed and when will sign paper copy is selected, data flows upon the finalization of the document from the Document Delivery section.

• Added a validation to complete the Digital Signature process before finalizing the document when the checkbox will sign a paper copy that is not selected.

SPEDSM-98615

Referral for Evaluation - Internal Document

• Added the word Primary before the word Payer to read as Primary Payer.

• The Payer value is now editable.

PWN/Consent Initial Evaluation

• Added the data flow for the Consent Date from the document to the Date of Parent Consent in the Referrals Part C profile. This date flows for both the signing methods, that is, when signed digitally or by a paper copy and when either consent is granted or consent is denied.

• During the digital signature, the consent date flows as soon as the digital signature process is completed, and when will sign paper copy is selected, the consent date flows upon the finalization of the document from the Document Delivery section.

• Added the data flow from the document delivery section, Parent Consent, Did Not Respond field to the PWN/Parent did not respond field in Referrals Part C profile.

• Also, when the user selects Did Not Respond in the Parent Consent field on the document delivery section, the parent consent date field should be hidden.

• Made the Document Delivery section non-editable when the document is finalized.

SPEDSM-98047

Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)

Made the following changes to the IFSP document:

Cover Page

• Resolved an issue where the user could enter the Next IFSP Review Date greater than the IFSP End date.

• Updated the document to have at least one service on the Services page to set the document to Review or Final.

IFSP Services Page

• Made the Primary Payer field as non-editable on the Services page for Revision documents.

Transition Conference

• Explanation for meeting delay: Added a new keyword table to store the list of the values, as this was previously linked with an incorrect keyword table. Also, removed the checkbox Other and added a new checkbox for Service Coordinator Delay. Data flows from the document to the IFSP Part C profile, Transition Dates area.

• Corrected an issue where the EXPLANATION FOR MEETING DELAY checkboxes were editable when the child's age was 32 months or less, as per the IFSP Date. The checkboxes are now non-editable.

• When the section WAS THE LEA IN ATTENDANCE is switched from Yes to No, Transition Planning Requirements sections E and F retained the data that was entered when the option was Yes. Now, this has been corrected to clear the data in sections E and F upon saving the section when switched from Yes to No.

Digital Signature

Added the checkbox Will sign paper copy on the cover page to support the paper copy signatures.

Sign In

• Corrected an issue where the additional Staff added in the last finalized IFSP document were not displayed in the new IFSP document but the Parents, Service Coordinator from the previously finalized IFSP document were displayed with along with the last signature date which was incorrect as the signature date column should be blank.

• Updated the section to display the Parent/Guardian on educational rights.

• Resolved an issue where the sign button was not displayed during digital signature when a new digital signature request was sent, and previous signatures showed for both the Parent/Guardian and Service Coordinator.

SPEDSM-97269

Unable to Contact Letter

Made the following changes to the document:

Modified the document to prevent finalization when the required fields Date of Referral and Service Coordinator Phone number are missing.

Updated the document to refer to the Referral Date in the Referrals Part C profile which was incorrectly referred to the Referral Date in the Section 504 profile. This correction is made when selecting if there are three contact attempts in Contact Logs after the Referral Part C Referral date when creating the Unable to Contact Letter.

Added the following validations to prevent the document creation when there is no Referral Part C record or Service Coordinator:

• No Referrals Part C profile record was found for the child. The letter cannot be created.

• The child's Assigned Service Coordinator in the Part C Demographic profile is missing. The document cannot be created.

Suppressed comma is displayed at the end of the Parent and Student name when there is no Suffix.

Made the Document Delivery section non-editable in Final.
