APR 13 Diagnostic Report
This report lists students aged 16 and older who had an active IEP during the APR reporting period. It focuses on identifying students whose IEPs are missing a completed secondary transition plan or have it marked as incomplete. The report supports monitoring compliance with transition planning requirements for students approaching or currently in the secondary phase of their education.
Submission requirements
This report includes students who were 16 years of age or older and had an IEP active at any point during the APR reporting period. It identifies students whose IEPs are missing a completed secondary transition plan or have the transition plan marked as not completed. The report uses the IEP start and end dates to determine inclusion within the APR timeframe.
Generate report
From the Reporting menu, choose Standard report.
Click APR Diagnostic Reports, then click APR 13 Diagnostic Report.
Enter a Start Date and End Date for the reporting duration.
Click Update Report with Values.
