First Step Transition Advanced Report

This is a more detailed report that analyzes trends and patterns in First Step Transition data across multiple students or programs. Districts or administrators use it to monitor how transition referrals and planning are being handled, evaluate program effectiveness, and support decision-making at a broader level. It includes only students who meet specific reporting criteria and is typically used for more strategic or large-scale analysis.

Submission requirements

To be included in the report, the student must have a referral date entered, and the referral date must fall within the APR reporting period. In addition, the reason for referral must be coded as “3”.
