An IEP History Records Profile is a comprehensive record of a student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP) over time, tracking changes in eligibility, services, goals, and placements.

This profile ensures that students' educational needs are consistently met, even if they change schools or districts.

Percent Outside General Education	How much percentage has the student claimed ‘Outside’ the General Education subject?	Out	Enter the obtained score.
