Indiana Special Education Report

The Indiana Special Education Report is used to track, monitor, evaluate, and improve various aspects of special education services within Indiana.

It is used to ensure that students with disabilities receive the support and resources they need to succeed academically and developmentally while adhering to state and federal regulations.

To navigate to the report, click Reporting, Standard Reports, IDOE IEP Reports, and then select Indiana Special Education Report.

Selection criteria

  • Includes students with disabilities who qualify for services under IDEA or Section 504.

  • Include schools that have an active Special Education program.

Displays the full legally accepted name of school or agency.

Grade Levels

The system will display the student's Current Grade.
