The Progress Monitoring Logs by Caseload track and document students' progress toward their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals. They are used by educators and IEP teams to assess and adjust the effectiveness of special education services.
To navigate to the report, click Reporting, Standard Reports, IDOE IEP Reports, and then select Progress Monitoring Logs by Caseload.
Selection criteria

Includes students with disabilities who qualify for services under IDEA or Section 504.

Includes students who have a case manager.

Includes students where the report start date on or after the IEP Meeting date and report end date is on or before the Annual review date.
