Service Provider

The IDOE Public Staff Reports: Service Provider Report offers a detailed view of staff members assigned as service providers for students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) across Indiana public schools. This report supports monitoring of staffing patterns, provider assignments, and compliance with service delivery requirements as outlined in each student’s IEP. It enables school administrators and state agencies to ensure that licensed personnel are delivering appropriate services and that caseloads align with staffing expectations.

Selection criteria

This report includes staff who are listed as service providers on finalized IEPs for students actively receiving special education services during the current reporting year, from the APR Start to the APR End Date. It includes only those providers with a direct service role—such as special education teachers and related service personnel—who are assigned to services within the IEP. Draft or expired IEPs, inactive students, and non-service roles are excluded.

Generate report

  1. From the Reporting menu, choose Standard report.

  2. Click IDOE Public Staff Reports, then click Service Provider Report.

  3. From the drop-down list, select the name of an Institution.

  4. Click Update Report with Values.
