Student Missing Data

The Student Missing Data report identifies incomplete or missing data regarding students receiving special education services.

This report is essential for maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of data submissions required for state and federal reporting purposes and ensuring students receive the appropriate support services without delay.

To navigate to the report, click Reporting, Standard Reports, IDOE IEP Reports, and then select Student Missing Data.

Selection criteria

  • Includes students with an active and finalized IEP.

  • Includes students whose enrollment end date is blank.

State ID

Contains the student's id number.

Local ID

Profile > Student Information

Contains the Student Local ID.

First Name

Profile > Student Information > Personal Information > {FirstName}

The system will display the First Name of the Student. 

Middle Name

Profile > Student Information > Personal Information > {MiddleName}

The system will display the Middle Name of the student. 

Last Name

Profile > Student Information > Personal Information > {LastName}

The system will display the Last Name of the student. 

School

Profile > Student Information > Enrollment Information > {School}

The system will display the school of the student. 

Grade

Profile > Student Information > Enrollment Information > {Grade}

The system will display the student's Current Grade.
