Timeframe Between Evaluation and Identification

This report lists students who were newly identified as eligible for special education services during the current academic year. It includes students with a confirmed disability and an eligibility determination date within the school year. The report focuses on students who remain enrolled through the end of the school year or whose enrollment has not yet ended, providing an accurate picture of recent eligibility activity.

Submission requirements

This report includes students who were determined eligible for special education during the current school year and have a documented disability. To be included, students must have an eligibility determination date within the school year and must either still be enrolled or have an enrollment end date that extends beyond the last day of the school year.

Generate report

From the Reporting menu, choose Standard report.
Click IDOE Public Students Report, then click Timeframe Between Evaluation & Identification Report.
From the drop-down list, select the name of an Institution.
Click Update Report with Values.
