WIDA Assessments

WIDA (World-Class Instructional Design and Assessment) Assessments are a suite of standardized tests designed to measure the English language proficiency of English Learners (ELs) from kindergarten through grade 12.

WIDA Assessments are used to assess and track the English language development of students who are English Learners and have identified disabilities. These assessments give educators important data to guide instructional planning and address the unique needs of students.

The summary screen for the WIDA Assessment will display all the assessments the student have taken, with the most recently administered assessment appearing at the top of the list. Details of the most recently administered assessment will populate the Recent English Proficiency Scores section within the English Learners document.
