Run Report

From the Reporting menu, choose Advanced Reports.

Select Tables 1, 2, 3.

Click Reprocess to refresh the report.

Select the applicable table (Table 1, Table 2, or Table 3) from the report's Select menu.
Export Report

From the report, select Export > Excel.

Once the file is generated, click the XLS file to download it to your local computer.

Within Excel, remove rows one through four.

Save the file using the CSV format.
