State Reporting Summary

The Special Education December 1 Child Count and July collections were first gathered through the Pennsylvania Information Management System (PIMS) in the 2012-13 school year. The Act 16 collection commenced in the 2014-15 school year. All other federally mandated Special Education data collections are submitted to PDE through the Intermediate Unit Penn Data managers.
