Organize Public Reports into Categories

As users create a large number of public reports, organizing the reports into categories makes them easier for users to locate. 

  1. Choose Standard Reports from the Reporting menu, and then select Move Reports to Specified Category from the Utilities menu.
  2. In the Move Reports to Specified Category field, select an existing category, or select the (new category) option, and then enter the name in the New Category Name field.
  3. Select the reports to move to the specified new or existing category.
  4. Click Move.
  5. Repeat the process to continue reorganizing, or click Cancel to exit this mode.

If you need to rename a report category, select Set Reports Properties from the Utilities menu, click the ellipsis (…) icon next to the category you want to rename, and then select Rename.
