Organize Public Reports into Categories
As users create a large number of public reports, organizing the reports into categories makes them easier for users to locate.
- Choose Standard Reports from the Reporting menu, and then select Move Reports to Specified Category from the Utilities menu.
- In the Move Reports to Specified Category field, select an existing category, or select the (new category) option, and then enter the name in the New Category Name field.
- Select the reports to move to the specified new or existing category.
- Click Move.
- Repeat the process to continue reorganizing, or click Cancel to exit this mode.
If you need to rename a report category, select Set Reports Properties from the Utilities menu, click the ellipsis (…) icon next to the category you want to rename, and then select Rename.
