The Case Managers Report identifies licensed educators designated as the primary providers responsible for overseeing the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with disabilities. This report supports state and local monitoring of Case Manager assignments to ensure compliance with Indiana special education regulations and to maintain accountability for IEP service delivery and documentation.
Selection criteria
This report includes teachers who are assigned as case managers on finalized IEPs for students actively receiving special education services during the reporting year, from the APR Start Date to the APR End Date. Only staff with an official case manager designation and valid licensure are included. Students must have a finalized IEP and be actively enrolled. Draft IEPs, expired assignments, and staff not designated as case managers are excluded.
Generate report

From the Reporting menu, choose Standard report.

Click Public Staff Reports, then click Case Managers Report.

From the drop-down list, select the name of an Institution.

Click Update Report with Values.
