Related Services Management Report (RSMR)
The Related Services Management Report (RSMR) is an advanced report with a graphical representation that compares the time special education service is prescribed on a student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP) to the amount of time the service is provided. The report is based on data entered by the service provider via Service Capture.
The report offers bar charts for the amount of time (in minutes) and types of services prescribed and delivered per month over the report duration. The report also summarizes critical data like the Total Instruction Days within the reporting duration, Total Prescribed and delivered service minutes, Percentage of Services Completed, and Productivity Percentage.
Submission Requirements
Students must have an IEP with prescribed IEP services and service records logged for the given service to get listed on this report. To generate a report for all services delivered to a student within a specific date range, the user needs to select the reporting duration.
Users can select the reporting duration, Start and End date using the Process Schedule option.
Generate Report
From the Reporting menu, choose Advanced Reports.
Click RSMR, then click Part B Related Services Management Summary Report.
Click Process Schedule.
Enter a Start Date and End Date manually or select the dates using the calendar icon for the reporting duration.
Click Process Now In Foreground.
To review the latest data, click Unprocess and repeat steps 3 to 5.
Click the numbered cells to view the student services and service capture details. The columns here are customizable. User can add columns or fields using the Customize Columns For This Drilldown option.

The drill-down report about the total Delivered Services Minutes and each month’s total minutes match the Delivered Services Details Report columns except the Delivered Min column.
