ILP Part 1: Student information

This document establishes a foundation for a well-informed, individualized approach to the student’s education. It ensures all stakeholders have accurate, up-to-date information, including key student details, English proficiency levels, and observations. This section helps create a personalized academic plan tailored to the student’s unique needs.

Edit Student information

1. On the ILP Part 1: Student information page, click Edit this section.

2. By default, the current system date is the ILP Start Date. Use the date picker to select a different date. This is a required field.

3. By default, the ILP End Date is 364 calendar days from the ILP Start Date. To change this, select Override and use the date picker to choose a different end date.

4. The system auto-populates the following information:

   • From the Student Info profile:

     • Date of Report

     • Student

     • STN

     • Birth Date

     • School

     • Current Grade

     • Student Language

     • ML Status

   • From the WIDA Assessments profile:

     • English Proficiency Scores

       • Date

       • Assessment Type

       • Overall Composite Score

       • Listening

       • Speaking

       • Reading

       • Writing

5. In the Current English Proficiency section, enter your Observations in the long text field for Overall English Proficiency, Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing. This is a required field.

6. Click Save, Done Editing.
