ILP Part 2: Accommodations and Services
This document details the support and services a student will receive to promote their success in the educational environment.
Edit Accommodations and Services
On the ILP Part 2: Accommodations and Services page, click Edit this section.
Select the appropriate accommodations and services. This document is split into four sections:
ILP Accommodations: The system will provide checkboxes to allow the user to select the Instructional Accommodations the student requires. There are three sections:
Instructional Delivery
Learning Environment
Student Response
Classroom Assessment Accommodations: The system will provide checkboxes to allow the user to select the Classroom Assessment Accommodations the student requires. Refer to Accommodation mapping for more information.
State and District Assessment Accommodations: The system will provide checkboxes to allow the user to select the State and District Assessment Accommodations the student requires.
Under EL Services, select the Program Model. This is a required field.
Select Implementation Method.
Select Frequency.
Select Duration (Time).
Select Begin Date.
Select Annual Review Date.
To include additional EL Services, click the plus icon and repeat steps 3 to 8.
Use the lookup field to select Name of ILP staff. This is a required field.
The position of the ILP staff will auto-populate the Position field.
To add names, click the plus icon and use the lookup field to select the Name.
Click Save, Done Editing.
Assessment Accommodation maps
The following State and District Assessment accommodations are mapped to the respective Classroom Assessment accommodations.
