Staff Positions Report

1. A new report named ‘Staff Positions Report’ has been created under the category ‘State Reports’.

2. The system now auto-populates all the respective details by default/upon refresh if any changes are made in the fields of the respective documents/profiles.

3. Data only from finalized IEP documents is pulled for this report.

Updates to the Assessments section of the IEP

1. In the ‘Assessments' section of the IEP, when ‘Yes’ is selected for ‘The student will participate in the general education statewide assessments’, then in the Assessment Name dropdown, 'Dynamic Learning Maps Alternate Assessments’ is not displayed now. Respective Accommodations also are not displayed now.

2. In the ‘Assessments' section of IEP, when ‘No’ is selected for ‘The student will participate in the general education statewide assessments’, then a table for Assessment Names and Accommodations is now displayed at the bottom after three questions. In the Assessment Name dropdown, only 'Dynamic Learning Maps Alternate Assessments’ is displayed now along with their respective accommodations.

As updated by the customer, two separate checkboxes have been added for ‘We do not wish to convene an IEP meeting.’ and ‘We wish to convene an IEP meeting.’.

1. In the ‘IEP Team Meeting Participants’ section of IEP, ‘Attending’ checkboxes are now made ‘Yes/No’ and required now.

2. In the ‘IEP Team Meeting Participants’ section of IEP, ‘Signature’ column is now removed.
