IEP, Student Legal Last Name

Updated the IEP document to display the student’s legal first and last name.

SPEDSM-125293

IEP, Student Legal Middle Name

Updated the PowerSchool-Student Import model layout to include the student’s legal middle name. The layout previously included the student’s legal first and last names; this change ensures the legal middle name is also imported from PowerSchool SIS to PSSP.

Additionally, updated the IEP document to pull the student’s legal middle name—along with their legal first and last names—from the student profile into the document.

Duplicate SP Enrollment Records

• Resolved an issue where duplicate SP Enrollment records were created when changes occurred in specific date fields. The latest date among the following is used as the ‘Enter Date’ for inserting duplicate records:

  • IEP Completion Date

  • Last IPRC Date

  • Initial IPRC Date

  • Enter Date

• The Manage SP Enrollments script has been modified to exclude IEP Completion Date and Initial IPRC Date from conditions that trigger duplicate record insertions.
